Matthew
Robinson

Principal Galatians 5:1
Matthew considers his ministry at Foundation Christian School a gift from God. Having met Jesus as a teenager, he set his heart toward serving God in full time ministry. He pursued studies in International Development, which took him around the world for study and work. His studies were in pursuit of his vision of working in missions. However, God laid on his heart a passion for education. Having spent considerable time in Ecuador and India engaging in community development projects and research, he brings his passion for the world and community to his work at the school. He is committed to education on many levels. He leads Foundation where you will find him championing the gospel and learning, and encouraging kids in their faith. You might also catch him preaching some Sundays at his church, or leading small groups. Matthew and his wife Bethany have three children. His family is active in their church where he serves as an elder, and also uses his gifts in service. He believes that as followers of Jesus Christ it is critical that we invest in the future of our children and our community.

I appreciate being free to integrate faith into every aspect of the classroom. I love that I can not only pray for my kids but also pray with them. And there is nothing more precious than when my kids pray over me. I am not just teaching the curriculum and I’m not just trying to form good citizens.
