Kimberly loves teaching. With a strong fine-arts background, she loves the opportunity to connect art to God, and to build character through visual art. Aside from teaching the school-wide art program, she nurtures the grade 3 and 4 students as their homeroom teacher. She believes this is a special time in the lives of children.
Sharing her love of art in the context of biblical creation is an immense blessing. Leading children in learning to express themselves in art, music and drama is an awesome experience for her and for her students. Kimberly is an avid reader, loves the colour red, and is one of the creative minds behind our musicals and dramas.

Our Staff Says...
I love being a teacher at Foundation because I have the opportunity to disciple kids every day, helping them grow spiritually, academically and socially. We can see so much growth in our students, because there are great relationships between parents, staff and students. It’s a lovely community.
I appreciate being free to integrate faith into every aspect of the classroom. I love that I can not only pray for my kids but also pray with them. And there is nothing more precious than when my kids pray over me. I am not just teaching the curriculum and I’m not just trying to form good citizens. Together, my kids and I, we are learning to be more like Jesus.
